• Reform Co is more than a Pilates studio, it’s a space to breathe, connect, and feel genuinely supported. We blend mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional programming to strengthen both body and mind, helping you move, feel, and live better.

Our space is designed as a calm, inclusive sanctuary — with a beautiful chill-out room where you can arrive early or unwind post-class. No waiting outside in the cold until the previous class finishes — you’ll always have a warm, welcoming space to relax.

With expert instructors, small-group attention, and a community-focused environment, we offer an elevated experience that prioritises mindfulness, connection, and whole-body wellbeing. At Reform Co, it’s not just about the workout, it’s about how you feel when you walk out.

  • Reformer Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout performed on a specialised machine called a reformer. Using a dynamic combination of springs, pulleys, and controlled movement, it strengthens and lengthens your muscles, improves posture, builds core stability, and enhances mobility.

At Reform Co you’ll experience mindful, flowing movement that feels both challenging and grounding — helping you build strength from the inside out while supporting your breath, alignment, and overall wellbeing.

  • No prior Pilates experience is required. Our classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors will guide you through each movement with clear cues and options to suit your body. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned reformer lover, you’ll feel supported, challenged, and right at home.

  • Each class runs for 45 minutes. This gives you time to enjoy a full, balanced workout including warm-up, focused reformer work, and a mindful cool-down, while fitting perfectly into a busy lifestyle.

  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before class. This gives you time to check in, get settled on your reformer, and ease into the space before we begin.

If it’s your first visit, please arrive a little earlier so we can show you around and make sure you feel completely comfortable before class starts.

  • Booking a class at Reform Co is simple! You can download the Reform Co Pilates app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

You can also book directly through our website using the Timetable tab. Simply select your class, choose your time, and secure your spot in seconds.

  • Yes, all of our instructors are fully certified in Reformer Pilates and anatomy, and are First Aid trained. They bring experience, care, and a commitment to safe, mindful movement to every class.

  • Absolutely — we welcome prenatal and postnatal clients. We offer dedicated Pre & Postnatal classes designed to support your body safely through pregnancy and into postpartum recovery, with a strong focus on breath, core connection, pelvic floor health, and gentle strength building.

We also offer specific memberships for Pre & Postnatal clients, giving you flexibility and support during this stage.

If you’re pregnant or recently had a baby, please let your instructor know before class so we can tailor movements to suit your needs. We also recommend receiving clearance from your healthcare provider before joining if you are postpartum or experiencing any pregnancy-related complications.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely and feel supported, think leggings or fitted shorts and a breathable top or sports bra.

Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety and help you stay secure on the reformer. If you don’t have a pair, you can purchase them at the studio or on the app beforehand.

  • If you book a class and don’t attend, the session will be forfeited. For class package holders, a missed class will be deducted from your package.

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance if you can’t make it, so your spot can be offered to someone else.

  • Yes — we offer free parking directly in front of the studio, reserved for Reform Co members and guests. Simply park in one of our designated bays for easy access before and after your class.

  • We welcome teens to Reform Co., but for safety reasons, children under 14 are not permitted on the premises, except for designated Parent & Baby sessions.

Teens aged 14–17 can attend with a parent or guardian waiver, and a parent or guardian must accompany them on their first visit.
