Gentle, supportive, and empowering. This low-impact class enhances mobility, flexibility, and balance while nurturing joint health and stability. With an emphasis on mindful breath and connection, Ageless Flow helps you move freely and confidently, no matter your age or experience.

Slow down, stretch deeply, and reconnect with your body. Restore Flow is a mindful, full-body Pilates class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and build controlled, purposeful strength. While the pace is slower and more intentional, you’ll still challenge and work your muscles through deep, sustained movements and mindful resistance.

Mindful movement for motherhood.
A nurturing and supportive class for pre and postnatal clients. Focusing on core stability, pelvic floor health, and gentle strength, this class empowers you to move safely and intentionally. Each session weaves breath work, mindful movement, and affirmations to help you feel strong, centred, and connected through every stage of motherhood
