At Reform Co, we believe movement should feel good, for every body, at every stage.
Our Reformer Pilates classes are designed to build strength, improve mobility and create a deeper connection between mind and body. Rooted in control, precision and flow, each session is thoughtfully programmed to challenge you while still feeling accessible and supportive.
We move away from rigid levels and labels. Instead, every class is open to all, with our instructors expertly layering each session, offering progressions and regressions so you can move in a way that works for your body. Whether you’re completely new to Reformer or more experienced, you’ll feel guided, supported and challenged.
Reform Co is more than a workout. It’s a space to reset, reconnect and feel confident in your body. A space built on community, inclusivity and the belief that movement should be something you enjoy, not something you fear.

Signature
Your go-to, full-body Reformer class. Signature is designed to build strength, improve mobility and create a deeper connection between mind and body. Expect a balanced mix of controlled, intentional movement and fluid transitions, with just the right amount of challenge to leave you feeling strong, energised and aligned.
All levels welcome, with your instructor layering the class to support and challenge you.
Power
A stronger, more dynamic Reformer class designed to build strength, control and endurance. Power focuses on full-body conditioning through longer sequences, deeper resistance and more challenging progressions—while maintaining precision and alignment throughout.
Expect a steady build in intensity, seamless transitions and that signature full-body burn.
All levels welcome, with your instructor layering the class to offer progressions and regressions—some Reformer experience is beneficial but not essential
Ageless
A low-impact, accessible class designed to support strength, mobility, balance and confidence at every stage of life. Ageless focuses on functional, controlled movement to help you move and feel better in your body.
All levels welcome, with exercises adapted to suit individual needs and abilities.
Mama
A nurturing, supportive class designed for both pre and postnatal clients. Mama Flow focuses on gentle strength, pelvic floor connection, core support and mindful movement, helping you feel strong and confident through every stage.
Babies are welcome (pre-crawling), with mats, toys and a relaxed, understanding environment provided.
Suitable for all levels, with personalised guidance and modifications throughout.
