Lucia - Owner & Instructor
With over eight years of Reformer Pilates experience gained in Australia, Lucia, founder of Reform Co, has developed a deep appreciation for the strength, clarity, and confidence that comes from consistent, mindful movement. Inspired by her own journey, she trained as a Reformer Pilates instructor to help others experience the same powerful connection between body and mind.
Lucia’s classes are supportive, empowering, and thoughtfully programmed, with a strong emphasis on building confidence and creating an inclusive space where everybody feels welcome. As a pre- and postnatal qualified instructor, she is especially passionate about supporting women to feel strong, capable, and connected through every stage of life.

Pilates came into my life as a gentle reminder that growth can come from slowing down. After facing a few health challenges, I had to step away from contact sport and learn to move my body in a whole new way.
Pilates became a practice that met me exactly where I was, and reminded me that progress doesn’t always mean pushing harder, it means moving smarter, softer, and with purpose.
Now, I’m passionate about helping others find that same connection! I can’t wait to share, move and grow with you all!

I am a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor with a passion for mindful movement. After discovering Reformer Pilates following a knee injury, I saw how Pilates could simultaneously strengthen the body and calm the mind, and love I now get to share this joy with others.
In my classes, I create a welcoming and supportive space where everyone, no matter their experience, can feel comfortable moving their bodies and reconnecting with themselves. Each session is guided by the six core principles of Pilates, helping clients build strength, balance, and awareness from the inside out.

I’m Jo, a mum of three who recently left the corporate world to follow my passion for wellness.
I’m a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor and life coach, with a long-standing love for movement and fitness. Alongside Pilates, I strength train and have competed in HYROX and other fitness competitions. Exercise has always been my outlet and constant — a space just for me — and I truly believe it’s a powerful tool for both body and mind.
My Reformer classes are often described as chilled but challenging, helping you feel strong, grounded, and energised.

As a busy mum, I understand how challenging it can be to find time for yourself ,physically, mentally, and emotionally. For years, I felt drawn to the world of fitness and knew I wanted it to be apart of a career, but never quite knew where to start. That changed when I discovered Reformer Pilates.
From my very first classes, I knew I’d found something special. It quickly became my sanctuary a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself. In the middle of life’s daily chaos, it was the reset I didn’t know I needed and I knew It was something I wanted to share.
Whether your goal is to build strength, increase flexibility, or simply carve out a peaceful moment in your day, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

As a dynamic reformer Pilates instructor and personal trainer, I bring energy, encouragement, and a person first approach to every session. I love teaching and believe movement should feel empowering, enjoyable and accessible for everyone. My passion lies in helping individuals discover their strength both physically and mentally through thoughtful guidance, intentional movement, and ongoing support.
Whether I’m coaching in the studio, refining form, or celebrating progress my goal is always the same: to help people feel better in their bodies and build lasting confidence in what they can achieve.
