Lucia - Owner & Reformer Instructor

With over eight years of Reformer Pilates experience gained in Australia, Lucia, founder of Reform Co, has developed a deep appreciation for the strength, clarity, and confidence that comes from consistent, mindful movement. Inspired by her own journey, she trained as a Reformer Pilates instructor to help others experience the same powerful connection between body and mind.

Lucia’s classes are supportive, empowering, and thoughtfully programmed, with a strong emphasis on building confidence and creating an inclusive space where everybody feels welcome. As a pre- and postnatal qualified instructor, she is especially passionate about supporting women to feel strong, capable, and connected through every stage of life.

Lauren - Mat/Reformer Instructor & Sports Therapist

Lauren is currently at university studying Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. She's been playing netball for 11 years and loves health and fitness all round! But Pilates is her absolute passion. Lauren is also completing a Strength and Conditioning qualification to help give you an all round wellness experience.
Lauren teaches contemporary style pilates with an attention to detail. It's a perfect class is you would like to learn precise pilates technique and get a strong all round workout.

Jen - Reformer Instructor

I’ve been practising Pilates for over 6 years and qualified in 2024 to teach Reformer Pilates. My classes are designed to combine the core principles of Pilates with strength-based movement, helping you build confidence, improve posture, and feel stronger in everyday life.

Outside the studio, I love running and regularly take on distances from 5Ks to ultramarathons, so I’m passionate about movement, endurance, and helping others achieve their goals.

Hi, I’m Jess. With a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I’m passionate about helping you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting results through Reformer Pilates. My background in cross-functional training ensures a focused, effective approach to every session.

I combine strong technique, controlled flow, and mindful movement to create sessions that are both challenging and supportive. I’m your biggest supporter, here to guide you and support you every step of the way.

Elen - Mat & Reformer Instructor

I’ve always loved exercise and have quite literally tried it all, I’ve even ran a marathon, but over the past few years I’ve really fallen in love with Pilates. I’ve recently qualified as both a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, and can’t wait to meet you all!

I’m passionate about helping people discover how good movement can make them feel, not just physically but mentally too. Exercise has always been a huge support for my own mental wellbeing, and I love creating classes that help others feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.

Starting something new can feel intimidating, especially with Pilates, so one of my main goals as a teacher is to make it feel welcoming and a little less scary for beginners.
